Recipes from the pantry
Cook from what’s already in the house
“What can I cook with what I have?” is the whole product. Basket & Burner finds recipes from ingredients on hand and ranks them so dinner matches the shelves.
Start with ingredients on hand
Your fridge, freezer, and cabinets are the search box. Basket & Burner looks for meals you can mostly make tonight, not a recipe that needs a second store run.
Ranked by pantry match
Each recipe is scored by how many ingredients you already have. High-match meals surface first. Staples like salt and oil don’t block a good dinner.
Ground beef becomes dinner
Searches expand the way a kitchen does: ground beef, hamburger, chili, skillet meals. You get a list of real options instead of three thin results.
Sources you already cook from
Results merge Allrecipes, BBC-style home cooking, TheMealDB, and Spoonacular, then sort by what you own — not by whoever paid for the slot.
Diet still applies
Low calorie, high protein, and low carb sit next to vegetarian, vegan, and allergy rules. Pantry match stays first; nutrition filters cut the list after that, so you don’t end up with three impossible meals.
